Ingredients
Chicken Burgers
4boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1tablespoonolive oil
2teaspoonschili powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonground cumin
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoonsalt
Toppings
1largeavocado, peeled, seeded, and mashed
4slicesprovolone cheese, or your preferred type
1/2of a red onion, thinly sliced (or pickled red onion)
4leavesleafy green lettuce, washed and dried
4hamburger buns
Instructions
Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, pepper, and salt. Coat chicken with oil and seasoning.
Grill chicken for 3-5 minutes per side until 160°F. Cover to keep warm.
Mash avocado with lemon juice. Slice onion and prepare other toppings.
Place chicken on buns, add cheese, avocado, and toppings. Serve immediately.
