Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Cook the linguine until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken and seasonings, cook 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in cooked linguine, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in parsley and Parmesan, serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or Parmesan before serving.
