  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, and ginger. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet, sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and pour sauce over.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and bake 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Rest briefly.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
