Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Grains

  • 1 cup cooked rice

Vegetables

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 green onions chopped

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to make the marinade.
  • Marinate salmon for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cook salmon in a skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, then simmer reserved marinade for 3-5 minutes.
  • Layer rice, broccoli, and carrots in bowls, top with salmon, drizzle sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
