Quick and easy steak fajitas made in the Instant Pot! Tender steak and flavorful vegetables cooked to perfection in minutes.
Ingredients

Flank steak, skirt steak, or sirloin steak
(cut into strips)

onion

bell peppers
((various colors), sliced)

fajita seasoning
(or homemade equivalent)

beef broth

Instructions
Add olive oil to the Instant Pot and turn on the saute function.
Add the sliced steak and brown on all sides. This may need to be done in batches.
Remove the steak from the Instant Pot and set aside.
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the Instant Pot and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the fajita seasoning and beef broth to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Return the steak to the Instant Pot.
Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual/pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Open the Instant Pot carefully. If there is excess liquid, you can use the saute function to reduce it down.
Serve the steak fajitas immediately with your favorite toppings and warm tortillas.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
