This quick fried rice recipe is perfect for using up leftover rice and eggs, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Rice and Vegetables

leftover cooked rice

vegetable oil

mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)

Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
