Ingredients

Rice and Vegetables

  • 2 cups leftover cooked rice
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
