Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine according to package; drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken, season with spices, cook until browned, 5-7 mins.
  • Stir in garlic, cook 1 min.
  • Add cream, simmer 2-3 mins until thickened.
  • Mix in tomatoes and linguine, toss, then stir in parsley. Serve.
