Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet, sear salmon skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
Flip salmon, brush with hot honey, then bake for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
Assemble bowls with rice and greens, top with salmon, avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Drizzle remaining hot honey, garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds or add a squeeze of lemon.
