Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup hot honey

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Vegetables

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

Fats

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Seasonings & Garnishes

  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with hot honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Cook marinated chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
  • Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
