Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for serving lemon wedges
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and brush with the honey mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
