  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture over salmon in a baking dish and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky. Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
