Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish
  • optional chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook in air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  • Drizzle with remaining marinade if desired.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
