Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper (for seasoning)

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, then marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes for glaze.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
