soy sauce or tamari

smoked paprika

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Toss potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; roast 20 minutes.
Whisk honey, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
Push potatoes to one side of the pan, add salmon (skin side down) and optional veggies. Brush salmon with glaze.
Roast for 10–12 minutes until salmon is flaky and potatoes are golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best flakiness and flavor.
