Ingredients

Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Marinate salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
Cook quinoa in boiling water or broth for 15 minutes.
Grill or pan-fry salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.
Fluff quinoa, serve topped with salmon, and garnish with green onions.
Notes
