A delicious and healthy dish featuring tender salmon glazed with honey and garlic, served over fluffy quinoa.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Quinoa

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water or broth
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish chopped green onions

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Cook quinoa in boiling water or broth for 15 minutes.
  • Grill or pan-fry salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Fluff quinoa, serve topped with salmon, and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
