  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and place salmon skin side down.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting halfway for extra glaze.
