Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • for serving lemon wedges
  • for garnish chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, then cook skin-side down for 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip salmon, pour honey garlic mixture over, and cook 3-4 minutes, basting.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
