This delicious honey garlic salmon is quick to prepare and packed with flavor, making it perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, place in baking dish, and pour sauce over.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
