Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving lemon wedges

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and mix honey, soy, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat salmon bites with the mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey garlic mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
