Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish
  • optional chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Toss salmon in the mixture.
  • Arrange salmon on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve warm.
