A delicious baked salmon recipe glazed with honey and garlic, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • chopped green onions green onions (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture over salmon in a baking dish.
  • Marinate for 15-30 minutes, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, broil for the last 2 minutes for a slightly caramelized top.
