A delicious and easy baked dish combining tender salmon with flavorful honey garlic potatoes, perfect for a wholesome dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer sliced potatoes in a baking dish, toss with some sauce.
  • Place salmon on potatoes, brush with remaining sauce.
  • Bake covered 25 mins, then uncovered 10-15 mins until cooked.

Notes

Ensure salmon is cooked through and potatoes are tender before serving.
