  • 4 filets salmon filets, skin on
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)

Instructions 

  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook salmon skin-side down for 5-7 minutes.
  • Flip salmon, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Mix honey and lemon juice, then pour into the skillet. Cook 1-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.

Notes

Peeling the skin is optional; it can be left on for extra flavor and texture.
