Instructions
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook salmon skin-side down for 5-7 minutes.
Flip salmon, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
Mix honey and lemon juice, then pour into the skillet. Cook 1-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
