A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • for serving lemon wedges
  • for garnish chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Cook salmon skin-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over salmon and cook 3-4 minutes, spooning sauce.
  • Remove from heat, rest for a minute, then serve with lemon and parsley.
