A delicious and easy-to-make honey garlic salmon that’s perfect for a quick dinner or special occasion.

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, place in baking dish.
  • Pour sauce over salmon and bake 12-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
