Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup honey garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups cooked white or brown rice (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Sauté onions and garlic in oil until soft and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned and slightly crisped, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Stir in broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes; add water and cover if steaming is needed.
  • Pour in honey garlic sauce, stir to coat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve hot over rice, garnished with optional sesame seeds or green onions.

Notes

Use low-sodium soy sauce or homemade sauce for a healthier option.
