Ingredients

Instructions
Sauté onions and garlic in oil until soft and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add ground beef, cook until browned and slightly crisped, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes; add water and cover if steaming is needed.
Pour in honey garlic sauce, stir to coat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Serve hot over rice, garnished with optional sesame seeds or green onions.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce or homemade sauce for a healthier option.
