A delicious and easy-to-make grilled salmon recipe with a sweet and savory honey-garlic glaze.

Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger in a bowl.
Season salmon with salt and pepper, then marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove salmon from marinade.
Grill salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook 3-5 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle remaining marinade if desired.
