A delicious and easy-to-make grilled salmon recipe with a sweet and savory honey-garlic glaze.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, then marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove salmon from marinade.
  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle remaining marinade if desired.

Notes

Marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
