This honey garlic glazed salmon offers a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, baked to perfection for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and pepper to make the glaze.
  • Marinate salmon in the glaze for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and place salmon on it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky. Optional: broil 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate longer or broil for a crispy finish.
