This honey garlic glazed salmon offers a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, baked to perfection for a delicious meal.

Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and pepper to make the glaze.
Marinate salmon in the glaze for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and place salmon on it.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky. Optional: broil 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
