Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon lightly, then cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
Pour sauce into skillet, simmer until thickened. Add cornstarch slurry if desired for extra thickness.
Divide rice into bowls, arrange vegetables around rice, then top with salmon and drizzle with sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best flavor. Adjust toppings to your preference.
