  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Cook salmon skin-side down in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip salmon, pour glaze over, and cook 4-5 minutes, spooning sauce.
  • Rest briefly, garnish with green onions, and serve.
