Enjoy tender salmon fillets coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
Salmon

salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/3
cup
honey
4
cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoons
low-sodium soy sauce
1
tablespoon
rice vinegar
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
fresh ginger, grated
1/2
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
to taste
salt and freshly ground black pepper

tablespoon
fresh parsley or chives, chopped
for serving

Instructions
Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the glaze.
Reserve 1/4 cup of glaze; brush remaining over salmon. Optional: marinate 30 minutes.
Cook salmon skin-side down in a hot skillet for 4 minutes, then spoon half of the reserved glaze on top.
Finish cooking in oven at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes or until done. Brush with remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
