This easy and flavorful salmon recipe is baked in foil with a sweet and savory honey garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
  • for garnish lemon slices
  • 1 roll aluminum foil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix honey, melted butter, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Wrap each salmon fillet in foil with the sauce.
  • Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
  • Open foil, garnish with parsley and lemon slices, then serve.
