  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, place in baking dish, and pour sauce over.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
