A delicious and easy baked salmon recipe glazed with honey, garlic, and butter, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic for 1-2 mins, then add honey, soy, lemon juice.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, place in baking dish.
  • Pour sauce over salmon, bake 15-20 mins until flaky.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
