Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • for garnish fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, place in baking dish.
  • Pour sauce over salmon and bake 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
