  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper (to taste)
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture over salmon in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest a few minutes, then garnish with green onions.
