Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Cook ground beef with onions and seasonings until browned. Drain excess fat.
Mix mushroom soup, milk, and beef broth to make sauce.
Layer potatoes, beef, cheese, and vegetables in the dish. Pour sauce over layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
You can add more vegetables or cheese for extra flavor.
