Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes, broth, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
