  • 300 g Rinderhackfleisch
  • 250 g Proteinpasta (aus Kichererbsen oder Linsen)
  • 200 ml Sahne (oder pflanzliche Sahne)
  • 1 kleine Zwiebel (fein gehackt)
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen (gehackt)
  • 2 Esslöffel Olivenöl
  • 100 g geriebener Parmesan (optional)
  • 1 Teelöffel Paprikapulver
  • 1 Teelöffel Italian Herbs (getrocknete Kräuter)
  • Salz und Pfeffer (nach Geschmack)
  • Frischer Basilikum (zum Garnieren)

Instructions 

  • Bring water to a boil, add salt.
  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Brown beef in olive oil, add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add paprika and Italian herbs, stir well.
  • Pour in cream, bring to a simmer, and let it thicken.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add Parmesan if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lower-fat option, use lean ground beef and light cream.
