Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • lemon wedges lemon wedges for serving
  • chopped parsley chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet, season, and brush with sauce.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
