Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • chopped green onions for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Cook salmon in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Pour sauce over salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes, basting.
  • Rest briefly, garnish with green onions, and serve with lemon wedges.
