Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until vegetables are tender and sausage is browned.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
