Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef

Pasta

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni

Broth & Milk

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet until cooked.
  • Add seasonings, then stir in macaroni, broth, and milk. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

You can add extra vegetables like peas or bell peppers for added nutrition.
