Instructions
Fry halloumi until golden brown. Set aside.
Sauté onion until softened.
Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
Add spices and toast briefly.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in cream slowly.
Add halloumi and simmer for 5 minutes.
