  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
