Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions and peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then mix with vegetables.
Divide mixture into four portions, top with cheese, and melt for 2 minutes.
Toast rolls if desired, fill with beef mixture, and add hot sauce or mayonnaise if desired.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat rolls and lean ground beef.
