A quick and hearty one-pot pasta dish combining ground beef, pasta, and rich tomato sauce for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

onion

  • 1 medium onion, diced

garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

ground beef

  • 500 grams ground beef

Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

salt

  • 1 teaspoon salt

black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

tomato sauce

  • 2 cups tomato sauce

beef broth

  • 2 cups beef broth

pasta

  • 300 grams rigatoni or penne pasta

Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

parsley

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil and sauté diced onion for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add ground beef, season, and brown for 5-6 minutes.
  • Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth, then add pasta. Simmer for 12-14 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor, and adjust seasoning to taste.
