Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix cooked pasta into the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
Notes
You can add cheese or extra herbs for more flavor.
