A hearty and flavorful pasta dish combining ground beef with fresh vegetables and herbs, perfect for a quick family meal.

Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion onion (finely diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (or 4 fresh tomatoes (diced))
  • 0.5 red bell pepper red bell pepper
  • 0.5 green bell pepper green bell pepper
  • 1 lb macaroni (or any pasta)
  • to fry olive oil olive oil

  • black and white pepper black and white pepper
  • paprika paprika
  • stock cube stock cube
  • oregano oregano
  • thyme thyme
  • rosemary rosemary

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cooked pasta into the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.

Notes

You can add cheese or extra herbs for more flavor.
