A hearty and easy-to-make casserole combining ground beef, vegetables, and rice topped with cheese for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Meat

lean ground beef

onion

garlic

Vegetables

mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

cream of mushroom soup

beef broth

Salt and pepper

cooked rice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Cook ground beef until browned; add onion and garlic, sauté until tender.
Mix in vegetables, mushroom soup, and beef broth; season with salt and pepper.
Layer rice in the dish, top with beef mixture, sprinkle cheese, then bake covered for 25-30 minutes.
Remove foil last 10 minutes to brown cheese; garnish with herbs before serving.
Notes
You can add extra herbs or spices for more flavor.
