Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add beef with seasonings; cook until browned. Stir in broth and simmer.
Mix cooked beef with diced potatoes, sour cream, and half the cheese. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
